It shows the Earth's place in the Solar System, then zooms out to show where the Solar System is located in the Milky Way Galaxy. Another zoom out pinpoints the location of the Milky Way in the Local Group galaxy cluster, and then a final one shows how this is just one galaxy cluster among countless others.
